We put a heart into care workers

Van Pelt Recycling donates 8,000 mouth caps to local healthcare facilities. These masks are used to protect healthcare personnel from the Corona virus. Through the network, Van Pelt Recycling learned that there are significant shortages of mouth guards at local healthcare facilities.
Because large (government) institutions buy up the large batches of mouthguards on the world market, it is very difficult for institutions to get enough material. In addition, the available lots have been made considerably more expensive by price pushing. Van Pelt Recycling saw a challenge here to give health care personnel a helping hand in these difficult times.
International contacts in metal and electronics recycling allowed Van Pelt to secure a batch. It was decided to provide these completely free of charge to care workers at De Riederborgh, Salem, Cedrah, etc.
These mouth guards are also used for family members of those in need of care so that visits can continue safely. Van Pelt Recycling wishes all healthcare personnel – but especially all caregivers – a great deal of strength during this difficult time.
