Van Pelt Recycling has been the metal recycling company of Kobout BV and enters into conversation with Joost. Joost is a director within the company Kobout and has been doing this work for about 7 years now. Kobout BV is an importer of fasteners, think of: bolts, nuts and screws. The company sources products from the Far East and sells it throughout Europe.

The cooperation between Van Pelt Recycling and Kobout has been going on for +/- 7 years now. To the question, what does Kobout look for in a metal recycling company, Joost is quick to answer, “First of all, we want little hassle so that the process is as easy as possible. And especially in waste streams, we don’t want to waste energy.” The cooperation with Van Pelt Recycling is running satisfactorily.

Joost indicates that recycling is a high priority within the company, “We try to recycle all of our waste streams.” This we do ourselves, these are waste streams such as: residual waste, paper and cardboard. With the help of Van Pelt Recycling, the recycling of the metal of our products also succeeds well.

What does Van Pelt Recycling do for Kobout BV?

Van Pelt Recycling unburdens Kobout BV as much as possible in the entire metal recycling process. How we do that? We place an empty container at Kobout BV and we collect the container full of metal waste back from the company. We then provide proper disposal of the metal waste.
