"As Trader Electronics, I am responsible for building and maintaining relationships with companies that collect electronic materials, such as old laptops or circuit boards. It could be anything. It takes me to the most diverse locations and offers new challenges every day. One day I spontaneously step into a metal dealer's workshop to get acquainted, while on other days I visit existing customers to strengthen relationships, coordinate materials and thus optimize purchasing processes.

"Although I am often on the road, I stay closely connected to my team and the organization, which is essential to achieving the best results as a team. Therefore, providing high quality is definitely a top priority for me. This allows me to ensure that clients always receive a consistent and clear story.

To ensure that high quality, I work closely with my colleagues in purchasing, quality/sorting and melting to determine exactly what "sticker" to put on a material. This avoids confusion about value and material type and allows me to advise clients more specifically. This way, they can also keep abreast of the latest developments.

In addition, I regularly let my colleagues at the workshop know which containers are arriving soon and we discuss any details. This ensures that we always work according to the customer agreements made. In this way, we ensure a smooth process and clear communication, both internally and externally. This not only reinforces the strength of our team, but also increases the satisfaction of our customers."
